BIM Coordinator at Multidisciplinary Luxury Design Practice
Location: London, United Kingdom
Join an award-winning studio whose mixed-use masterplans and luxury hospitality projects enrich communities across five continents. As BIM Coordinator you will be the linchpin connecting architects, interior designers and engineers through data-driven collaboration.
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage BIM processes across RIBA Stages 0-7
  • Develop and maintain federated Revit and Navisworks models up to LOD 400
  • Run clash detection, issue tracking and data validation to ISO 19650
  • Lead internal training sessions and mentor junior modellers
  • Participate in design reviews, visualisation workshops and client presentations
  • Drive continuous improvement through Dynamo scripts, plug-ins and cloud workflows
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience with BIM software, preferably Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles and related design software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
  • Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360, Rhino-Inside and IFC standards
