is seeking a
BIM Coordinator
to join our team and work on major
data centre developments
across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee BIM delivery and compliance across large-scale data centre projects, from Stage 3 to Stage 5
Implement and maintain ISO 19650-compliant workflows, including naming conventions, status codes, and file structuring
Set up and manage BIM environments using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), including model sharing, issue tracking, and design collaboration
Create and maintain Revit templates, families, worksets, and material libraries aligned with project standards
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, MEP, civil, structural) to ensure data integrity and model alignment
Support automation and QA using Dynamo scripting, clash detection routines, and COBie validation workflows
Integrate classification systems (Uniclass, NRM) and NBS Chorus/Create to align model content with specification
Provide project stakeholders with data dashboards and reporting through Power BI and Revit exports
Facilitate model reviews and visualisations using Enscape, Twinmotion, or Lumion for presentations and internal approvals
Contribute to internal standards and process improvements, with an emphasis on scalable, automated workflows
Candidate Profile
Strong proficiency in Revit, with demonstrable experience in family creation, template management, and LOD standards
Good knowledge of ISO 19650 and hands-on experience in audit, setup, and enforcement of compliant workflows
Familiar with Dynamo for scripting and automation of repetitive tasks
Experience with COBie outputs and mapping; understanding of asset data requirements
Skilled in managing collaborative platforms such as ACC/BIM 360, including markups, issue management, and federated model workflows
Knowledge of classification systems (Uniclass, NRM), NBS tools, and structured specification workflows
Competent in visualisation workflows including rendering and post-processing in Enscape and Photoshop
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Passion for systems thinking and automation, with a proactive mindset
Minimum 5-10 years' relevant experience in a BIM or technical architectural coordination role
