BIM Coordinator at Leading Design Studio - Central London
Are you passionate about digital design and coordination? This award-winning architecture studio in Central London is seeking a BIM Coordinator to champion BIM delivery across exciting, design-led projects. You will play a pivotal role in shaping workflows, ensuring quality, and driving innovation in Revit and BIM processes.
Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day BIM coordination across multiple projects aligned with ISO 19650 standards.
• Develop and maintain templates, libraries, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to project teams.
• Perform audits, clash detection, and quality checks using Navisworks and Solibri.
• Liaise with clients and external teams to ensure seamless BIM integration.
• Oversee content stewardship, including family creation and template development.
• Maintain documentation such as Revit Handbooks and BEP extracts.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in BIM/Revit coordination on live projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 processes and CDE platforms.
• Expertise in family creation, template development, and Revit standards.
• Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360 and clash detection tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead training and mentor team members.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
