Overview
Due to Company expansion, we are recruiting for a Bim Coordinator within our Energi Division. The successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering team and be responsible for creating Bim Models and documentation for E-Houses, SKIDS and LV Switchgear. Job duties include:
Coordinate BIM models. Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards, and client requirements. Manage model integration, federation, and version control throughout project lifecycle. Oversee model setup, shared coordinates, levels, grids, and file organization. Oversee model setup, shared coordinates, levels, grids, and file organization. Conduct clash detection using tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar platforms. Generate clash reports and coordinate resolution with design and construction teams. Track and manage issues through coordination meetings and issue-tracking platforms.
Skills and Experience
Experience working in BIM Modeler, BIM Technician, or BIM Engineer. Proficiency in BIM authoring tools such as
Autodesk Revit
(Architecture/Structure/MEP). Familiarity withBIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
or similar CDE platforms. Strong communication skills. Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages. Work to exceptionally high standards. Working as part of a team.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
