Job Description
MERITUS are recruiting for a BIM Manager to join our client on a permanent basis to support exciting new construction projects within Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals.
BIM Manager - Bicester, Oxfordshire - Up to 70,000 per annum - Two Stage Virtual Interview Process
Supporting the pre construction team with the review of received tender documents (including Works Information, EIR, etc.) to identify Clients BIM and Digital requirements. Providing technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics and cost management. Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and ensure internal project team and external parties are fully aware of their responsibilities. Lead the DPD kick off meeting (jointly with the Information Manager) with the project management team to review and finalise the DPD strategy. Support the BIM Engineers where required and mentor same as required
Experience:
Experience of working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM level 2 requirements BIM Documentation experience is crucial for this role. * Excellent written, and verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office
