About the role


We are looking for talented and detail-oriented

Structural BIM Modelers

to support the structural design development of luxury projects worldwide, primarily focusing on boutique hospitality assets.


This role requires a technically skilled and organized professional capable of producing accurate and coordinated 3D structural models and drawings in Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, ensuring consistency with design intent and project standards.


You will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models for luxury villas and boutique hotels, collaborating closely with structural engineers and the multidisciplinary design team. You should be able to work independently, manage your daily tasks efficiently, and provide consistent deliverables within agreed deadlines.


You will report to a

Structural Design Manager

or

Lead Structural Engineer

and collaborate with architects, MEP modelers, and BIM coordinators to ensure full model coordination and integration.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly proficient in BIM workflows.

Responsabilities



Develop and maintain detailed

Revit

models for structural systems of luxury villas and boutique hotels. Create and manage

AutoCAD

drawings and

Civil 3D

layouts for foundations, terrain modeling, and site structures. Coordinate and integrate models with architectural and MEP teams, ensuring geometric and parametric accuracy. Support the preparation of shop drawings, sections, schedules, and documentation extracted from BIM models. Assist engineers during design development by maintaining model consistency and version control. Follow BIM execution plans, file naming conventions, and company standards. Participate in model coordination meetings and proactively detect clashes or inconsistencies. Ensure that structural models reflect constructible and code-compliant solutions. Collaborate with BIM Coordinators to optimize workflows and model performance. Support data extraction and quantity take-offs when required.

CV Requirements



Proven proficiency in:

Revit (Structural)

AutoCAD

Civil 3D

Experience in

hospitality or residential projects

(villas, hotels, resorts). Solid understanding of

structural elements

, detailing, and documentation workflows.

Excellent communication and coordination skills

.

Nice to have



Knowledge of

Dynamo

for automation and parametric modeling. Familiarity with

Navisworks

or similar coordination tools.

Spanish language

proficiency.

Professional English

proficiency, both written and verbal. Experience with

projects in tropical or Caribbean regions
