Job Description


We are looking for a BIM Technician to join the team in our clients Swansea office which is located in a convenient location and includes free parking. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your Engineering / Consultancy career and join one of the leading independent building services and sustainability consultants.
The client is well established and has offices in the South West and South Wales.
This role is working across different sectors within Building Services Design. These include: Commercial, Education, Sports & Leisure, Healthcare, Residential, Aviation, Public, Arts, Heritage and Hotels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years experience BIM modelling and coordination throughout various disciplines in the Building Services Design sector.
  • Experience automating modelling / model administration.
  • Understanding of improving design and delivery efficiency.
  • Experience producing 2D & 3D models across various sectors and project stages.
  • Experience using MagiCAD is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience using Navisworks, Revit & AutoCAD.
  • Drive for personal development.
