We are looking for a proactive and skilled

BIM/CAD Technician

to support the delivery of building services projects from either our Inverness or Aberdeen office. You'll work within a collaborative design team, utilising BIM to enhance coordination, efficiency, and project outcomes. This role requires significant experience with Autodesk AEC applications and strong communication skills, The position offers a competitive salary and a variety of benefits

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS:

Previous experience as a BIM Technician or in building services or construction. Proficient in Autodesk?Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks (or equivalent BIM software). Strong knowledge of 19650 standards and processes. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Mechanical and electrical systems knowledge is a strong advantage

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
