Entain is seeking a Bingo Commercial Executive to devise and optimise the Bingo games and promotions across the UK Entain Bingo brands ensuring the Entain Bingo network provides a market leading Bingo experience.


The Bingo Commercial Executive will be responsible for supporting the Bingo Commercial Manager in the day-to-day performance and enhancement of our Bingo games and lobby. This includes the creation and optimisation of bingo schedules, regularly review daily Bingo game performance, as well as regular testing of features to help create an optimal customer experience on site.


Provide day-to-day optimisation and maintenance of all areas of the site, ensuring all available tools are used and regularly updated to reflect customer preferences and trends, in line with each brand pillars. There will also be requirements to conduct QA testing of new features, and A/B testing of existing features to gather insight from which will help maintain a best-in-class Bingo lobby.


The role benefits from a keen interest in Bingo, and a broad understanding of our competitors and products available. The role also requires someone who can make sensible decisions based on basic analysis, presenting the best content to our players to help contribute to Gaming targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Use of relevant BI tools to report on Bingo game performance, to monitor, highlight and report on releases or any risks/successes. QA testing of new and existing features, conducting A/B testing where relevant and providing feedback to Product teams; escalating Issues for follow up by the Bingo Commercial Managers. Regularly analyse and optimise Bingo games and lobbies Support the Bingo Product teams, communicating the Bingo roadmap and acting as the Initial Interface between our Bingo Product teams and Promotions. Create daily, weekly & monthly reports and presentations Undertaking competitor reviews to feedback opportunities to the Bingo Commercial Manager for prioritisation Supporting customer service teams with common pain points and escalations driven by our Bingo games or promotions. Liaise with the testing team to ensure Bingo features are scheduled and can be released successfully according to plan. Briefing and implementing a schedule of emails and on-site messaging to promote and upsell new games and Network promotions. Prepare Weekly Trading slides and covering for the Bingo Commercial Manager where required Support the Bingo Commercial Manager in any ad hoc tasks where required

Qualifications

Confident and used to working on their own with the ability to meet deadlines Comfortable with multi tasking and working in a fast moving, high performing team Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution in daily work Excellent knowledge of the online gaming industry and competitor products Meticulous with good attention to detail Proven analytical and numerate skills, Google and Adobe analytics advantageous Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships Strong team work ethic Good communication skills Previous experience of using lobby management and creative briefing tools Strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI skills, to manipulate, analyse, drill into and present data and insight
