The successful candidate will create novel pipelines to analyse single cell and spatial transcriptomic data, and help construct our internal databases. They will be working closely with the Bioinformatics team to deliver these goals and to help build the target discovery platform. This role will provide opportunities to collaborate extensively with our colleagues based at our Cambridge R&D site.
Responsibilities
Run single-cell and single-nuclei RNA-seq analytical pipelines and assess outputs to identify further therapeutic targets as part of our discovery platform
Work with fellow Bioinformaticians to establish spatial transcriptomic analysis pipelines to identify novel therapeutic targets
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge in single cell genomics analytical methodologies
Work collaboratively with the Forth Therapeutics scientific team and with external research groups and partners
Communicate effectively, interpret and summarise data for presentation to different audiences
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records and code repository
Work closely with the scientific team to help build the drug discovery platform and pipeline
