Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Biomedical Engineer to join our innovative team. Duties

Design, test, and evaluate new medical devices and equipment to meet clinical needs and regulatory standards. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of existing biomedical systems to ensure safety and functionality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand clinical requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of device specifications, testing procedures, and maintenance activities. Assist in the installation and calibration of biomedical equipment within clinical settings. Provide training and technical support to medical staff on the proper use of biomedical devices. Stay informed about advancements in biomedical technology, biochemistry, IT systems, and relevant regulations. Participate in research projects related to laboratory experiments, biochemistry applications, or IT integration in healthcare.

Requirements

Proven laboratory experience in biomedical or related scientific fields. Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid driving licence for travel between sites or client locations as required. Strong IT skills, including familiarity with software used for device design, data analysis, or system integration. Knowledge of biochemistry principles relevant to medical device development or laboratory applications. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences. A degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline is essential; additional qualifications in biochemistry or IT are advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team within a fast-paced environment.
