Biophysical Scientist

A leading Biopharmaceutical Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to providing high-quality research and development services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries are seeking a skilled and experienced Biophysical Scientist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Biophysical Scientist with expertise in various biophysical techniques and a deep understanding of (Bio)Pharmaceutical product analysis and characterization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, particularly within GMP/GLP/GCP environments, and practical laboratory experience in a regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Biophysical Technique Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in one or more biophysical techniques, including but not limited to AUC, CD, DSC, FTIR, DLS, UV, Capillary Electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, and Plate-Based Assays, for the analysis and characterization of Biopharmaceutical products.

Analysis and Characterization: Utilize knowledge and skills to perform in-depth analysis and characterization of (Bio)Pharmaceutical products, ensuring data accuracy, precision, and reliability.

Regulatory Compliance: Work in a GMP/GLP/GCP regulatory laboratory environment, adhering to industry standards and guidelines. Possess a strong understanding of good documentation practices (GDP) and ensure data integrity throughout all processes.

Laboratory Expertise: Apply practical laboratory experience within a regulated setting to conduct experiments, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain high-quality standards in all activities.

Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including scientists, analysts, and regulatory experts, to achieve project goals and timelines.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential:

Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or Ph.D. degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
Experience in one or more Biophysical techniques, as mentioned above.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of (Bio)Pharmaceutical product analysis and characterization.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Desirable:

Work experience in a GMP/GLP/GCP regulatory laboratory.
Training in good documentation practices (GDP).
Practical laboratory experience within a regulated environment.
