In addition to day-to-day cafe duties, this role offers an exciting opportunity to get involved in

. From intimate gatherings to community events, you'll help plan and execute memorable experiences for our guests--perfect for those with a creative spark and a passion for bringing people together.

Duties

Bistro Leader :

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene. Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Bistro Attention to small details and creativity of display Provide excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries. Support Cafe staff with cooking tasks, including food preparation and cooking as needed. Overseeing cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during busy periods. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies when necessary. Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating leadership qualities and supporting fellow staff members.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Cafe or restaurant setting is preferred. Skills in cooking or bartending are advantageous for this role. Strong teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration and communication. A background in culinary arts is beneficial for understanding Cafe operations A passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others enjoy their dining experience. Excellent time management, prioritising skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
