Blacksmith/Fabricator - Glenrothes

Our client, is looking to expand their team with the addition of a number of Blacksmith/Fabricator nationwide.

The Blacksmith/Fabricator role comes with a competitive basic salary of up to \xc2\xa316.5p/h with an OTE potential of over \xc2\xa345,000

Blacksmith/Fabricator Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out welding repairs to agricultural machinery
• Fabricating bespoke products
• Modifying machinery to suit customer requirements
• Accurately completing all relevant paperwork daily
• Accurately ordering of your parts and working closely with the parts department
• Working closely with the service supervisor

Minimum Requirements as a Blacksmith/Fabricator:

• Relevant experience and qualifications e.g. NVQ in fabrication and welding
• Experience in the agriculture industry
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
• Great customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with our customers
• A flexible and positive outlook with an outgoing approach to work
