We are looking for a Blended Solutions Director to join our Senior Leadership Team. This role will lead the integration of our UK and South Africa control room operations, commercialise intelligence-led security services. You will help position Lodge Security as a premium provider with Category 1 ARC capability, focusing on practical delivery and measurable results.
Based from our office in the Midlands, the role will require regular UK travel and will have oversight of our South Africa Operations.
1. Strategic Leadership
Set and drive the overall direction for integrated security solutions.
Lead the strategic integration of acquired operations, ensuring Lodge Security maintains and leverages Cat 1 ARC accreditation.
Develop and execute strategies for commercialising remote monitoring services across UK and South Africa.
Champion data-driven decision making and represent Lodge Security with key stakeholders and industry bodies.
2. Operational Integration & Delivery
Oversee the successful integration of acquired businesses, aiming for high client and key personnel retention.
Establish and operationalise the South Africa control room as a primary monitoring hub, achieving cost efficiencies while maintaining UK service standards.
Integrate key holding, patrol & response services with monitoring division to create a unified service delivery model.
Ensure all operations maintain required accreditations, certifications, and compliance standards.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across data/IT management, intelligence analysis, control room operations, and account management.
Foster a culture of integration and collaboration, breaking down silos between monitoring, response, and intelligence functions.
Develop capability and talent within teams, reducing key person dependency and supporting career progression.
4. Client & Commercial Impact
Ensure integrated solutions improve client retention, satisfaction, and NPS scores.
Work with account managers to embed intelligence and integrated services in client relationships.
Support the development of commercial propositions for integrated service packages.
Drive revenue growth through enhanced service offerings and contract uplift.

Essential Experience
Proven senior leadership experience in security services, facilities management, or related sectors
Track record of successful business integration, merger, or acquisition projects
Experience managing complex, multi-site operations with technology enablement
Demonstrated success in developing and commercializing new service offerings
Strong understanding of security industry standards, accreditations, and compliance requirements
Experience managing P&L responsibility and delivering commercial growth targets
Background in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies

Desirable Experience
Knowledge of Alarm Receiving Centre operations and NSI/SSAIB/Cat 1 ARC accreditation requirements
Experience with offshore operations or international team management
Background in intelligence analysis or law enforcement partnerships
Familiarity with Power BI, data visualisation, or business intelligence platforms
Understanding of cyber security and IT infrastructure management
Previous experience in security industry specifically (guarding, monitoring, response services)
