, we're looking for a reliable and hardworking

Fitter's Helper

to support our installation team across Northern Ireland.

You'll be part of a friendly, professional team helping to create beautiful homes and workspaces by assisting in the fitting of bespoke blinds and plantation shutters.

What You'll Do

Assist fitters with the safe

loading and unloading of vans

each day Help with

unpacking and safely handling products

in both our factory and customers' properties Support the

installation process

of blinds and shutters under supervision Maintain

clean, tidy, and safe work areas

on-site and in the factory Follow all

health and safety procedures

and use tools responsibly Be

customer-facing

, always polite, helpful, and professional when representing our brand Carry out general

housekeeping duties

and assist with any other tasks as required

Assist with the lifting and movement of heavier products and equipment

, ensuring all manual handling is carried out safely and in line with training

What We're Looking For

A

Physically capable of safely lifting and moving heavier items

Basic understanding of tools
