Summary

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team at Truelove Lettings LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations adhere to legal standards and internal policies, playing a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for excellence in residential property lettings.

Responsibilities

Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to residential properties and residential blocks. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence across the organization. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of risk and ensure compliance standards are met. Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters. Collaborate with external regulatory bodies as necessary to maintain compliance. Prepare reports on compliance activities and present findings to management. Ensuring all residential and block is compliant and up to date.

Requirements

Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the property or real estate sector. Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing residential lettings. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
