Blockchain Marketing & Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a

Blockchain Marketing & Operations Manager

to take full ownership of

marketing, community building, user growth, and ecosystem partnerships

.
You will lead airdrop campaigns, community operations, brand communications, and establish long-term collaborations with guilds, KOLs, and node partners to drive large-scale user acquisition and strengthen brand influence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

Develop and execute marketing strategies for blockchain/Web3 products (online + offline). Plan and deliver airdrops and incentive campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion. Manage brand communications across social media, media partnerships, AMAs, and content marketing. Analyze market trends and competitors, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Community Operations

Build and manage global communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, WeChat, etc.). Design incentive mechanisms to increase community engagement and user participation. Maintain partnerships with guilds, community organizations, and KOLs. Organize community events (airdrops, contests, NFT campaigns, offline meetups).

Business Partnerships

Engage with external partners including exchanges, media outlets, and node operators to expand ecosystem resources. Participate in strategic partnership negotiations to drive ecosystem growth. Manage long-term partner relationships to ensure mutual value creation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Blockchain-related fields. 3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or community management (Web3/Blockchain experience preferred). Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, token economics, and community culture. Proven experience in planning and executing campaigns (airdrops, community incentives, AMAs, etc.). Strong PR and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate with guilds, KOLs, and media partners. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in English or other foreign languages is a plus (for overseas market expansion).

Nice to Have

Previous experience in an exchange, public chain, DAO, GameFi, or NFT project. Existing connections with guilds/KOLs/media that can be leveraged directly. Familiarity with overseas marketing and cross-border community operations. Personal influence on platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, etc.

Pay: 31,160.43-72,644.46 per year
