Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Blow Moulding Setter

to join our manufacturing team.

The Blow Moulding Setter is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining blow moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

This role involves working closely with production supervisors and maintenance teams to meet daily output goals while minimising downtime and material waste.

Responsibilities

Set up and adjust blow moulding machines to produce finished plastic products Operate blow moulding machines Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain specifications. Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, tooling, and product quality. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Skills

Proven experience as a blow moulding setter or similar role in plastic manufacturing. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of various blow moulding processes (e.g., extrusion blow moulding, injection blow moulding). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machine manuals. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Flexibility to work shifts

Working Hours:

Candidate needs to be flexible working in the 3 shift rotating pattern.

6.00 am - 2.00 pm / 2.00 pm - pm-10.00 pm / 10.00pm - 6.00 am

Salary:

35k - 45k per annum.
