Role Summary

:

The position is for a full-time, on-site BMS (Building Management System) Commissioning Engineer, primarily based in South Wales. The role involves engineering, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting the installation and maintenance of building management systems.

Key Responsibilities

:

Engineering and commissioning of BMS systems. Troubleshooting issues during installation and maintenance phases. Providing technical support to ensure system functionality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

:

Electrical Engineering Skills

: A strong foundation in electrical engineering principles is essential.

BMS Programming and Commissioning Experience

: Proficiency in programming and commissioning BMS systems.

Familiarity with BMS Platforms

: Experience with at least one of the following systems: Trend, Siemens, Schneider, or Niagara.

HVAC Control Systems Experience

: Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with BMS.

Troubleshooting Skills

: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

: Strong capability to analyze complex systems and devise effective solutions.

Teamwork and Independence

: Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.

Certifications

: Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or related fields.

Additional Requirements

: Driving licence and CSCS card Essential.

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
