Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Set up and maintain the project document control system, tailored to project and client requirements.
Manage the receipt, logging, distribution, and filing of incoming and outgoing documents.
Ensure correct document numbering, revision control, and status tagging in accordance with project standard.
Monitor document deadlines and ensure timely review cycles with internal engineers, subcontractors, and client teams.
Act as the focal point for all project documentation within the BMS team
What We're Looking For:
Positive and proactive approach to Health & Safety
Familiarity working with on-line third-party document systems, such as Asite, Aconex, BIM 360 or Viewpoint
Demonstrable experience as a Document Controller who has ideally worked in the Construction environment - with Mechanical, Electrical or BMS companies.
Good ability to maintain records, trackers and reports
Strong teamworking and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first attitude
Flexibility to travel to sites across Central London and nearby areas, when required
