Are you a seasoned BMS professional with a passion for designing innovative and cost-effective building automation solutions? We're looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Design Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intelligent buildings.

About the Role




As a BMS Pre-Sales Design Consultant, you will be the technical backbone of our pre-sales process. You'll collaborate closely with sales teams, clients, and engineering experts to craft tailored BMS solutions that meet complex requirements. From site surveys and technical presentations to system architecture and cost estimation, you'll ensure every proposal is both technically sound and commercially competitive.

Key Responsibilities



Provide technical support during the pre-sales phase, including client engagement and solution presentations Design scalable and reliable BMS systems using tools like AutoCAD and Revit Specify hardware, software, and network configurations with cybersecurity in mind Prepare accurate cost estimations, bills of materials, and bid documentation Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align solutions with business and client goals Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve design and estimation practices

What We're Looking For



Deep technical knowledge of BMS architecture, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.), and building automation systems Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, power management, and security integration Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems, low-voltage design, and control panel standards Skilled in design and estimation tools including MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering Minimum 7 years of experience in BMS design or pre-sales consultancy Certifications in major BMS platforms (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Honeywell) are a plus
