We are now seeking an experienced and driven
BMS Regional Manager
to lead a field-based team of service technicians, delivering planned maintenance and remedial works across a portfolio of BMS service contracts.
Job Purpose
To lead, manage and develop a high-performing team of service engineers delivering Building Energy Management System (BEMS) services. This customer-facing role combines strong technical knowledge with proven leadership capabilities to ensure contractual commitments are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the regional service team, overseeing resources, H&S, client requirements, and service delivery
Collaborate with the Administration Team to optimise planning and ensure invoicing targets are met
Achieve commercial and operational KPIs including PPM delivery, revenue growth, gross margin, and reporting metrics
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across engineering quality, responsiveness, and reporting
Present operational updates to senior leadership in weekly meetings and monthly board reports
Promote a safe working environment through consistent enforcement of health & safety standards
Contribute to and support the delivery of the company's three-year business growth strategy
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and service quality
Coach and develop team members to build technical capability and enhance performance
Monitor and manage risk, commercial performance, and client relationships with confidence
Support change initiatives and maintain clear, transparent communication across all levels of the team
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a management role within BMS or building services
Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems (ideally Trend, Delta, Honeywell/Tridium)
Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
Confident communicator with the ability to build client trust and rapport
Organised, proactive, and able to lead through change and uncertainty
