About the Role

As a

BMS Service Engineer

, you'll take a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance and service works across a variety of client sites. This is a customer-facing, field-based position that calls for a proactive, technically skilled, and communicative engineer with a passion for control systems.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on BMS and discrete control systems Attend client sites for small works, remedials, and system call-outs Modify and install control panels and associated hardware Advise clients on system enhancements and energy-saving recommendations Maintain close coordination with the Service Team and participate in daily catch-up calls Submit daily service reports with detailed recommendations and parts lists Attend breakdowns and provide efficient fault diagnosis and resolution

Required Qualifications & Experience

Certified

Trend Control Systems

training (minimum): IQ Engineering System Engineering 963 Engineering IQL Engineering Proven hands-on experience with IQ2, IQ3, and IQ4 Series controllers Strong electrical competence Commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving attitude Capable of working independently and within a team Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

Full UK Driving Licence

Based within commuting distance of Swindon/Central Oxford
