Your role




The main purpose of this role will be to ensure the timely completion of all internal and external service invoices and to assist with the Customer handling process at the reception during busy times.


Essential criteria for the position includes:

Motor Industry administration experience. Basic mechanical understanding. Knowledge of Audatex, Drive or Kerridge is preferred but not essential. A commitment to proving excellent customer service. Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with product information. Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills. Ability to work autonomously. An positive attitude, enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality. Team player that offers help and support to others.

Your profile




Motor Industry administration and manufacturer warranty experience is desirable along with a friendly disposition and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Hours are 40 hours a week Monday to Friday but willing to negotiate the working hours for the right person.


Salary for a 40 hour week is 25,485
