BMW & MINI Technician - No Weekends, Monday-Friday, Up to 48k

As a Technician at Vines, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for BMW and MINI vehicles.

Hours:

40 hours Monday - Friday to cover our opening hours of 0800 - 1700

Salary:

Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme.

What You Will Be Doing:


Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles. Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers' servicing and repair times. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure What We're Looking For:


Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent). City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications. 1 year of experience in the diagnosis and or servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
