What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming customers and creating a seamless service experience from start to finish Booking vehicles in for service and repair Providing accurate cost estimates and keeping customers informed throughout the process Liaising with the workshop team to ensure work is carried out efficiently Delivering a premium handover experience that reflects BMW standards Promoting additional services and products tailored to customer needs

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (automotive) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences Full UK Driving Licence
