Used Car Sales Executive

to join our successful retail team.

This is your chance to represent one of the most iconic automotive brands in the world, offering a range of high-quality Approved Used BMW vehicles and delivering a buying experience as premium as the product itself.

Your Role:

As a Used Car Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in showcasing our extensive range of BMW Approved Used vehicles. You'll guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to final handover, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the BMW brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with new and existing customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and match them with the right BMW Approved Used vehicle Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering a 5-star customer experience Accurately manage finance and part-exchange processes Ensure all customer documentation is completed thoroughly and in compliance with FCA regulations Keep up to date with the latest BMW models, technology, and offers

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record in automotive sales (used car experience preferred) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A strong customer-first mindset and a professional approach Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence Experience with premium/luxury brands is an advantage
