Body Shop Receptionist (Maternity Cover)
Full driving licence required

Operating across 11 locations, We are seeking a Body shop Receptionist to join the team at our dealership in Grimsby.
Main duties to include but not limited to:
Managing incoming repair notification's and deal with in a timely manner To agree a clear repair path with the customer and insurance partner To arrange recovery and mobility options within insurer guidelines To keep customer's updated throughout the repair process Chase parts to ensure a smooth repair process To at all stages update electronic insurer and repairer software To invoice accurately and have a keen eye on credit control Update parts on our estimating systems To chase outstanding dept. alongside the accounts department To identify and execute additional sales avenues via upsell on repairs To assist the Management team in providing excellent customer service
