Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Provide crisis intervention when necessary and support clients in developing coping strategies.
Stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices through continuous professional development.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
