We are a well established accident repair centre near Guildford and looking for someone with your experience to support our management team. The role would be front of house supporting our team with referrals, Bookings, checking vehicles in and out and customer service.
We repair between 15 and 20 cars a week.
Mon-Fri 0800 - 1700 (flexi time available)
The successful candidate will be on the front lines of our business, securing bookings for work and then communicating those bookings for estimates to the Bodyshop and insurers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the accident repair sector and communicating with clients and the team. We're looking for someone who has an eye for detail, an aptitude for communicating complicated information and strong decision-making skills. Good IT skills are a must as use of various web based portals and CRMs required.
Responsibilities:
Manage a fleet of courtesy and pool vehicles.
Direct and coordinate clients and there vehicles.
Organise bookings for new and returning customers.
Meet and greet customers
Support management of reception.
Updating clients during the repair process.
Taking and receiving calls from insurers and clients.
Collecting payments.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
