Vehicle Painter and Prepper

to bring precision and passion to our

Livingston

site.

Salary:

Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm i.e. 42.5 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to sand and rub cars in preparation for painting. Ability to mask all makes of cars. Ability to paint all makes of cars. Mix paint to correct specification. Ability to Polish cars. Ensure the painting/preparation of all cars leaving the Bodyshop is completed to a high standard. Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with a special emphasis on health and safety in the workplace.

Ideally, we are looking for:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Painter/Prepper in a similar environment. Understand paint techniques for all makes of cars. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills.
