Are you an experienced Bodyshop Technician/Painter looking for a new challenge? TMS Motor Group, a family-run business with a reputation for excellence, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our successful bodyshop Department at our Hinckley dealership.

Role Overview:

As a Bodyshop Technician/Painter, you will play a key role in our team, ensuring that our vehicles are prepped, painted, and finished to the highest standards. A full, clean UK driving licence and prior experience in a similar role are essential.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Prepping vehicles prior to painting Masking vehicles prior to painting Conducting minor filler work Performing other duties as assigned Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest quality standards Keeping work areas and tools tidy and in good working order Maintaining high standards of housekeeping

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications:

City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Repair, or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Skills:

Good communication skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, excellent time management, and the ability to work systematically and with attention to detail

Experience:

Previous experience working to efficiency targets

Personal Attributes:

Honest, diligent, team player, takes pride in personal appearance and workplace organisation

Experience Required:

At least 2 years of experience in car body repair or painting
