We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Back of House Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to meal preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods
Support inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen is preferred
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting is advantageous
