Job Summary and Mission:
To create the Heavenly Desserts experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.
This role is mainly focused in the back of house kitchen, preparing and making teh desserts.
Shift Pattern:
4:00pm-01:00am
Weekends are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Work as part of a fun & energetic team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our luxury menu.
Closing down and cleaning the restaurant after a successful day with our guests.
To uphold the Heavenly Desserts service experience for all our guests.
Maintain a clean kitchen, upholding all company policies and cleaning practices.
Upholding compliance requirements about Food Safety, Health & Safety, Personal Hygiene, etc.
A minimum of one-two years of catering/food handling experience is desired but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Mixing and pouring beverages.
food preparation
Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table, once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.
Perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
Excellent guest service skills, with a great eye for detail.
Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
Must be able to work between the hours of 18:00pm-01:00am and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from Glasgow Fort G34 9DL.
