Role Overview:
BOH Team Members are essential to kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and kitchen areas
are maintained to the highest standards.
Reporting Lines:
Reports to: Sous Chef or Head Chef
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and support chefs in cooking dishes according to hygiene standards.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and allergen guidelines accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas.
Assist with inventory organization, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.
Ensure the presentation of food consistently aligns with brand standards.
Allergen Accountability
All team members are responsible for ensuring full compliance with allergen management
procedures, including maintaining accurate allergen information, following proper handling
practices, and communicating effectively to safeguard customers. Active participation in
allergen training and adherence to policies is essential to ensure safety and accountability at
all times.
Flexibility and Support
All team members are expected to remain adaptable and assist with any tasks necessary to
meet business needs. This includes stepping into roles or responsibilities outside your
regular duties when required, ensuring the smooth operation and success of the business at
all times.
Qualifications:
Basic kitchen experience or willingness to learn.
Strong work ethic and team spirit.
Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and allergen practices.
