We are looking for a Supervisor to lead the team at Bolsover Castle. The role is full time and permanent, working 36 hours per week.

As Bolsover Castle Supervisor, you will lead a passionate team to deliver excellent experiences, engage with our local community, grow our income and care for the site.

You will spearhead the team at Bolsover, empowering them to maximise their role and provide magical experiences for our visitors. Bolsover Castle hosts a wide range of commercial and community events and you'll be at the heart of making sure they run smoothly. You'll represent the organisation in the wider community, advocating for the work of English Heritage and make sure that the site is compliant and safe.

To be considered as Bolsover Castle Supervisor you'll need:

Experience managing and supporting a diverse team. Hands-on experience in a heritage, visitor attraction or events background. Knowledge of the local area. Great organisational skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge and experience of health and safety and financial compliance.

Interviews will be held in the week commencing 12th January at Bolsover Castle.
