Pay Rate: \xc2\xa323,500
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours , flexible start time between 0700-0900
Location: Northampton (NN4 7NW)
DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Bond Clerk to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, you will be
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT AN ACCOUNTING POSTION .
Assisting the Bond Manager to maintain and update all aspects of the HMRC processes.
Working within the compliance structure to ensure all audits and reports are updated in a timely manner.
Assisting in all activities within the the compliance team including auditing and all general updates of site SOPs within your function.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Proven experience working in an administrative role within a compliance department is desirable
- Attention to detail and accuracy and knowledge of HMRC procedures/legislation desirable.
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office/Teams/Excel)
- Self-motivated and can work under own initiative and work within our team
