This is a hands-on finance role in a fast-moving SME where you'll take full ownership of the finance function and play a key part in driving business growth.

As our business grows, there's clear potential for this role to evolve into a Financial Controller or Finance Director position.

You'll be involved in everything from overseeing monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting, to navigating the complexities of multi-channel sales (Amazon, Clearpay/split payments, DTC and B2B), debtor management, and supporting system automation projects, and yes it will be just you!

We're Sienna X, an award-winning UK beauty brand, and we're looking for a proactive, confident Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager to take full ownership of our finance function.

You'll work directly with the CEO and Operations Director to manage everything from reconciliations and payroll to stock tracking, cashflow reporting, and supporting smoother systems and savings. This role also includes light HR admin, such as managing contracts, holidays, and onboarding -- perfect if you enjoy variety and being the go-to for getting things done.

This isn't just a finance role -- it's a chance to become a key part of our leadership support team and help shape how we work as we grow.

Strong Sage experience is essential (Sage 200 preferred, but Sage 50 or similar considered).

What You'll Do:

Own all day-to-day accounts, reconciliations & reporting Manage VAT, payroll, tax & year-end submissions Track and report on stock, margins, and cashflow Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Support onboarding, HR records, contracts & holiday tracking Champion smarter systems and automation Collaborate with senior leadership to support company growth

Who You Are:

Experienced in Sage (Sage 200 a bonus but not essential) AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part-qualified (or strong practice background) Commercially aware, curious, and confident with numbers Comfortable owning both finance and light HR admin tasks Highly organised, solution-focused, and proactive Happy to be predominantly office-based
