Job Summary


We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our Bookings Team and help drive venue usage. This hands-on support role involves direct customer interaction, efficient administration, and proactive efforts to fill more slots -- all from our welcoming head office with full equipment provided.

Duties



Handle customer enquiries (phone, email, online platform) and guide hirers through available venues, pricing, and booking processes Manage new bookings, changes, cancellations, and ensure accurate records Resolve issues professionally, collect feedback, and turn satisfied customers into repeat hirers Proactively increase venue occupancy: identify quiet slots, suggest promotions, upsell facilities, and build relationships Support and grow our online presence -- especially on LinkedIn (posting content, sharing venue highlights, engaging with potential customers) and other platforms Liaise with school partners and assist with general team admin/reporting

What We're Looking For



Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and a genuine passion for great customer service Strong organisational skills -- able to multitask enquiries, bookings, and changes effectively Proactive mindset with a sales-oriented approach (experience in upselling, revenue growth, or venue hire is a big plus) Comfortable with booking systems/software (full training provided) Social media experience, particularly LinkedIn for business promotion Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in an office team environment Previous experience in customer service, admin, bookings, lettings, hospitality, or similar is advantageous -- but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20,000.00-21,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
