Job Description

Bristol Activity Centre is a an outdoor activity centre in Cribbs Causeway, our bookings office is based in Weston Super Mare.



You will be working from 2 locations, in our head office: Sand Bay, Kewstoke, Weston Super Mare. And also at the activity centre in Cribbs Causeway

This is a varied office based role, no two days are the same.

Marketing & Social Media content creator

to elevate our brand and drive engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers. Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content. Plan and run digital campaigns, including paid ads and email marketing. Analyze performance data to optimize marketing efforts. Collaborate with the team to promote events, offers, and activities.

Essential Qualities:



Strong admin skills, scheduling, communication and IT skills Great phone etiquette, answering customer calls and taking bookings Proven experience in social media and digital marketing. Creative thinker with excellent content creation skills. Passion for outdoor activities and adventure sports. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Please note:

This role will include answering the phone and taking bookings, working out package prices, dealing with enquiries via phone and email. And other general office based tasks.

Hours:



Weekday Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm with a half hour lunch break.

Saturday Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm

Days will be discussed at interview but will be a minimum of 5 days per week.

This will also

include working Saturdays

.

Pay:



Pay is dependent on experience and increases with experience.

Responsibilities will include:



Providing a high level of customer service Administration support for your colleagues Taking calls and enquiries Handling queries and questions Payments and bookings (Complying with GDPR) Updating social media, advertisements, and liaising with promotion companies. Creating and actioning a marketing plan Working at the Activity Centre to generate content for marketing.

Skills Required



Punctual and good timekeeping Customer service experience of some kind would be helpful A good standard of IT literacy.
