At Signature Clinic we provide an exemplary standard of Patient care throughout our 5 sites in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Cardiff. The key to our success is putting our Patient's needs at the forefront of everything we do, keeping them relaxed and well informed through the process of their elected surgery or treatment. Working With Signature Clinic is more than a 9-5, our team are more than employees, we have created an enjoyable atmosphere where work doesn't have to be mundane.
We are currently looking for a motivated Bookings Executive to join our team to keep up with growing demand. As a successful candidate you would be part of our dynamic and supportive Bookings team, where you will receive full training on dealing with patients enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for patients when they phone the clinic and will be responsible for converting them into a consultation and filling our doctors schedule.

Who we are looking for
Healthcare background is preferred but not essential Strong telephone manner The ability to confidently speak with Patients/Customers when promoting procedures Meticulous with strong attention to detail Enthusiastic and ambitious

Pay: 12.70 per hour
