About the role



Join our successful and growing healthcare business as a Bookings Coordinator, where your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service within our Bookings department.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insight into the healthcare industry and plays a crucial role in scheduling and managing appointments for our three Oryon brands. You will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service, demonstrating empathy and compassion towards our patients as you assist them on their healthcare journey.

As the main point of contact for patients, your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless patient experience across all communication channels, including phone and email, and online Webchat.

Responsibilities



Provide prompt and accurate responses to all incoming emails, faxes, and enquiries. Establish contact and capture information on potential and existing patients from any enquiries and, as well as following up on all leads. This also includes creating leads to be followed up on by other sections of the business. Ensuring all records are kept up to date. Understand the different products we offer across all 3 brands, as well as being able to communicate sufficient clinical knowledge To use initiative and 'act-on' accordingly when it is needed Promote Oryon services and deliver a welcoming and professional experience to all Provide support in other areas of admin. To provide a welcoming and professional service, being first point of contact, coordinating patient/visitor journey experience throughout the entirety of their visit, including any queries received after their appointment. Adapt to and support any changes implemented to improve the service provided to patients, clinicians, and staff.

About you



The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in a customer service-based call Centre / busy office environment, excellent communication, and administration skills with great attention to detail. They will have a willingness to demonstrate initiative and take responsibility for their work. We are looking for someone who has an ability to multitask, prioritise their own workload in a fast-paced working environment and has experience in delivering excellent customer service consistently. Active questioning and listening skills essential.

You will not only be a confident communicator and organiser, but also someone who enjoys promoting our range of services. You'll be proactive in identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-promote other Oryon Imaging services, as well as highlighting any current incentives or offers to enhance the patient experience and support business growth.

With the requirement to spend part of your working week located at home, candidates will need to be self-motivated and professional, with previous remote working experience preferable but not essential. Any potential candidates would however need to have an appropriate workspace at home enabling them to effectively fulfill their duties (equipment will be provided).
