Our friendly, creative and relaxed studio is a wonderful place to work and you would be working along side our fantastic creative team who produce amazing photographs for our customers. Some flexi/remote work may be considered in the future as a possible option for the right person.

Job Summary:



This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has a persuasive, positive, clear & friendly communication style. You will be responsible for contacting leads, converting enquiries into bookings, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will be managing your own workload so it is vital to be organised and naturally motivated.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services and secure bookings. Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries via phone, email, or social media. Identify customer needs and match them to appropriate services or packages. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and booking information using our CRM system. Follow up with leads and previous clients to encourage repeat business. Achieve weekly/monthly sales and booking targets. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth booking and service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. Handle any booking amendments, cancellations, or special requests in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Skills & Experience:



Previous experience in sales/telesales, call centre, or customer service roles (preferred). Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Confident, persuasive, and personable telephone manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work to targets and deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or equivalent). A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-32.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
