Job Description

Pro-Servicing Ltd is seeking a proactive and highly organised Bookings Manager to oversee the scheduling and coordination of our nationwide service, repair, and installation operations for acoustic partition systems. This pivotal role ensures seamless communication between our office team and field engineers, optimising job allocation, stock readiness, and resource planning across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Engineer Scheduling:

Allocate and manage workloads for approximately 13 engineers, ensuring efficient routing and coverage across the UK.

CRM Management:

Utilise our CRM system to plan, track, and update job assignments, engineer availability, and client requirements.

Stock Coordination:

Ensure all necessary parts and materials are ordered and delivered ahead of site visits to avoid delays.

Overnight Logistics:

Arrange overnight stays for engineers where required, balancing cost, location, and operational needs.

Installation Planning:

Coordinate acoustic partition installations, including delivery scheduling, site access, and fitter deployment.

Team Leadership:

Manage the internal bookings team, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and high performance.

Customer & Engineer Support:

Act as the first point of contact for resolving scheduling conflicts, site issues, and engineer concerns.

Director Liaison:

Work directly under the company directors, providing regular updates and strategic input on operational planning.

Client & Site Communication:

Liaise with clients and site contacts to confirm job details, access requirements, and delivery logistics.
Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations within a technical or service-based industry. Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and job tracking tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills across office and field teams. Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confident in handling customer queries and engineer support issues with professionalism and urgency.
