Profile Covers Limited is looking to recruit a Bookkeeper to join the office.
You will play a key role in supporting the business by undertaking the following Core Job Responsibilities:
Generate sales invoices.
Post bank transactions on sage and complete regular reconciliation.
Arrange monthly supplier payment. Generate and email out remittance advices.
Match d/n's to purchase invoices, distribute for managers for approval, check coding and other details, post to sage and file.
Distribute credit card statement to managers to obtain credit card receipts and complete analysis, post to Sage.
Check purchase statement against purchase ledger for missing invoices request copy's by email or phone.
Prepare accounts for end of year submission to accountants, process end of year journals on sage.
Run reports off Sage and check accuracy.
Provide weekly Excel & P&L Reports to directors.
Protect the organisations by keeping data information confidential.
Prepare, check & submit quarterly vat returns.
Liaise with in-house departments and process accurate daily data onto excel spreadsheets.
Stock control and purchasing to include imports and logistics.
Process monthly payroll report and communicate with accountant, upload monthly journal to sage and obtain authorisation with M.D for payment processing.
Run regular Sage reports for aged debtors/creditors. Chase debt where needed.
General office duty's, adhere to legislation for record keeping.
Prepare D/N's from sage for dispatch team.
Other duties as directed by line manager consistent with candidate's level of experience and responsibility.

Qualifications/Skills:
Good organization, attention to detail and dependability
Experience in Sage and intermediate level Excel skills
AAT level 2 minimum
Familiarity with other Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook
Proficient in using Excel and must display great speed and accuracy technique.
