The role



Based in our Head Office in Liverpool, this role is to provide an efficient support to our group assisting maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, daily financial entries and reconciliations, along with supporting the current finance team processing high value of sales and purchase ledger transactions. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller this exciting and challenging role is full of variety and some of the duties will include but not limited to:

Monthly reconciliation of company bank accounts Monthly reconciliation of company credit card accounts Processing of sales and purchase invoices across all group companies. Credit card and Expense claims. Maintain Purchase Ledger and Engineer Expense cards. Support our European and US operations/finance teams. Credit Control. Payroll Administration. Banking.

What are we looking for?



You will be experienced in using QuickBooks Online Advance with strong skills in Excel and management of spreadsheet databases. We are looking for an excellent communicator with previous experience within a busy finance environment, a pro-active approach to compliance and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

You will need to demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability for everything you do, and always want to be the best.
