We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our team on a temporary, in-person basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to reconcile bank accounts against our ERP system, Odoo, and ensure our financial records are accurate and up to date.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of Odoo ERP (or similar ERP systems), proficiency in Excel, and hands-on bookkeeping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile bank transactions with the company's ERP system (Odoo).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare reconciliation reports to support financial accuracy.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Work closely with management to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (or another ERP system such as SAP, Netsuite, or Dynamics).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be available to work on-site (in person).
