Bookkeeper (Must Have Sage 50 Experience)
Location: Heathfield | Hours: 16 hours/Part-time| Salary: depending on experience*
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. Sage 50 expertise is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Sage 50
Process purchase and sales invoices
Reconcile bank statements
Manage VAT returns and HMRC submissions
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare monthly management reports
Liaise with accountants and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience using Sage 50
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
AAT qualification or equivalent (not essential if experience is strong)
