Job Description

Euromixers Ltd is an award-winning company specialising in the design and manufacture of industrial fluid mixers. We are looking for a conscientious, reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our small, friendly team. The role will be on a part-time permanent basis with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Sage 50 accounting software Processing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations Preparing customer invoices and statements Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment Liaising with company accountant Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with financial reporting Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Supporting other administrative functions as required

Essential Requirements

Proven bookkeeping experience Strong knowledge and practical use of Sage 50 accounting software Solid understanding of accounting principles High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational skills

Desirable Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience working within industrial equipment supplies or a manufacturing environment
